Lincolnwood Foodie Fest

When the Lincolnwood Chamber of Commerce needed to drum up excitement for their annual Foodie Fest, they turned to See It Media to create a multi-platform social media campaign. Our mission was clear: translate the local flavor of the event into a “must-attend” digital invitation that converts viewers into ticket holders.

The primary hurdle for this project was a lack of existing event footage. To solve this, our team conceptualized a narrative that focused on the experience of the fest. We sieved through our extensive See It Chicago video archives to curate high-end shots of gourmet food and drinks that perfectly mirrored the event’s offerings. We then wrote and integrated punchy, action-oriented copy to tie the visuals together.

To ensure maximum reach, we delivered the final creative in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats, optimized for everything from Instagram Reels to desktop browsers. The impact was immediate: in conjunction with our broader digital marketing efforts, Foodie Fest saw a 31% increase in online ticket sales compared to the previous year. This project proves that with the right strategy and archival resources, you don’t always need new footage to deliver massive ROI.
