Impact of Resolution 10B

After Resolution 10B was approved by the ABA House of Delegates at the 2012 Annual Meeting, the State Bar of South Dakota lobbied state legislature for funds to help defray the tuition costs for lawyers willing to set up practice in a qualifying county with a population less than 10,000.

This video was created to explore access-to-justice issues and how the passage of resolution 10B has impacted that issue.
