Approved by the ABA House of Delegates in 2015, Resolution 102 has had a positive impact on law students around the country. The measure urged authorities to eliminate questions about prospective lawyers’ mental health history on state bar exams.
See It Media traveled to Atlanta and Portland, Oregon to interview two individuals whose lives were directly impacted by these bar questions – and how things have changed for them since the passage of the resolution.
